Earn $23.00–$24.00/hr guaranteed base + completion bonuses pushing total compensation to $25.00–$28.00+/hr. EverLine Coatings and Services in Sarasota is hiring an experienced Lead Line Striper / Working Foreman to lead 2 to 5-person crews on local commercial jobs.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Lead Line Striper / Working Foreman to run job sites, operate specialized equipment, and lead daily field execution without constant supervision. Most daily jobs run with small, efficient crews of 2–3 people, while larger asphalt repair and major pavement projects scale up to 4–5 person teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Execute Core Trades: Lead parking lot line striping (layout and spraying), sealcoating (spray/squeegee), hot-pour crack filling, and asphalt repair/patching.
• Specialized Installs: Install ADA signage, wheel stops, speed bumps, bollards, and execute warehouse marking/epoxy applications.
• On-Site Leadership: Direct crew members on site (typically 2–3 person daily crews, scaling to 4–5 on larger asphalt repair jobs), ensuring job quality, site safety, and efficient completion.
• Equipment & Material Care: Properly operate, maintain, and clean walk-behind stripers, seal rigs, power washers, and hand tools.
• Communication: Serve as the primary contact on job sites and communicate project progress daily with the Operations Manager.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Trade Experience: Minimum 2+ years in line striping, sealcoating, or asphalt repair (multi-trade experience is a major plus).
• Valid FL Driver’s License: Clean driving record required (must be able to drive company trucks and tow equipment trailers).
• Strong Judgment & Problem Solving: Ability to read site plans, measure/layout non-standard parking lots, and resolve on-site obstacles independently.
• Reliability & Physical Capability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working in outdoor Florida conditions (lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work day or night shifts depending on client commercial lot access.
• Schedule & Attendance: Full-time commitment with a strong work ethic. Must be open to weekend and occasional night shifts based on commercial lot access, with heavy seasonal hours available.
