About the Role:
Join EverLine Coatings as a Business Development Manager and take the lead in expanding our market presence across the Orange County and North San Diego County area. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities and scaling business operations. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a key role in driving revenue and establishing EverLine as the premier provider of pavement maintenance and coatings solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives to scale up EverLine’s sales, operations, lead generation and customer base in the Orange County and North San Diego County markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the asphalt, concrete, and pavement maintenance industries.

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns aimed at business growth.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and client onboarding processes.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and report performance to leadership.

  • Represent EverLine at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions.

Requirements:

  •  Experience in business development or sales in construction

  • Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving growth targets.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Southern California region.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
