Role Overview

We are hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead a 2–3-person pavement maintenance crew. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality projects while ensuring daily safety, efficiency, and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate specialized equipment for line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and power washing

· Lead and train a crew of technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to EverLine standards

· Conduct daily safety checks, briefings, and job progress reports

· Submit daily worksite documentation and bi-weekly payroll summaries

· Communicate job status with the Operations Manager

· Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site

· Train new staff on the “EverLine Way”

Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Driver’s Abstract required)

· Reliable personal transportation

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in physically demanding conditions

· Experience with small engines, paint sprayers, or similar equipment is a plus

· Construction or pavement experience preferred

· Engineering or technical background is an asset

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
