Role Overview
We are hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead a 2–3-person pavement maintenance crew. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality projects while ensuring daily safety, efficiency, and performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialized equipment for line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and power washing
- Lead and train a crew of technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to EverLine standards
- Conduct daily safety checks, briefings, and job progress reports
- Submit daily worksite documentation and bi-weekly payroll summaries
- Communicate job status with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
- Train new staff on the “EverLine Way”
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience with Line Striping and Seal Coating (required)
- Ability to operate striping machines, sealcoat systems, and related pavement maintenance equipment
- Asphalt maintenance experience (crack fill, patching, repairs) is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Driver’s Abstract required)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Experience with small engines, paint sprayers, or similar equipment is a plus
- Construction or pavement maintenance experience preferred
- Engineering or technical background is an asset

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
