Lead the Growth of a New EverLine Franchise in Hartford/Springfield
EverLine is launching a brand-new franchise serving the Hartford/Springfield/Rhode Island region, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help build our field operations from the ground up.
This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. This is an opportunity to step into a growing business early, make an immediate impact, and grow alongside the company.

What You’ll Do
As a Pavement Maintenance Team Lead / Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily field operations while working directly alongside the crew. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing pavement maintenance crews
- Coordinating daily job site activities
- Operating and maintaining equipment
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- Training and mentoring technicians
- Communicating with customers and leadership on project progress
- Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and workflow management
Services include:
- Parking lot striping
- Crack filling
- Sealcoating
- Asphalt repair
- Warehouse floor markings
- Commercial property maintenance

What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading crews in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related trades
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in the field
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland required
- Experience operating commercial equipment is a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
