We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician Lead for our crew.  As the Team Lead , you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary
As a Crew Lead Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will not only utilize our specialized equipment to apply materials to pavement surfaces but also oversee on-site operations and lead your crew to ensure we provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead and mentor a field crew to ensure high-quality execution of line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, and power washing.

  • Supervise the job site, ensuring all work meets EverLine’s high standards and "DRIVEN" principles.

  • Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate daily tasks and communicate job status clearly with the Operations Manager.

  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.

  • Perform equipment maintenance and ensure the crew has the necessary materials for each shift.

  • Additional leadership and technical tasks as required.
 Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
  • A Texas or State driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
  • You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve 
  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • Ability to work well independently unsupervised
  • Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
  • An Engineering educational background is an asset 
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
