- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with commercial property managers and facility managers
- Conduct site visits and perform take-offs

- Work closely with operations to ensure project execution
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
- Hunter mentality – comfortable generating own leads
- Strong relationship builder
- Organized and CRM disciplined
- Comfortable reading site plans / performing measurements (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license
