About the Job
We’re hiring a Part-Time Outbound Sales & Follow-Up Caller to join our EverLine team in Boise. This is a flexible, part-time position — approximately 20–25 hours per week during regular business hours.

Your job is simple: pick up the phone, introduce EverLine to commercial property contacts, and help keep our sales pipeline moving. You’ll be working from a contact list that’s already built — so you won’t be hunting for leads. You’ll be making a great first impression and opening doors.

What You’ll Do
•       Make outbound prospecting calls to commercial property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers in the Treasure Valley market
•       Follow up on open proposals and warm leads for our sales team
•       Introduce EverLine’s services in a friendly, professional, non-pushy way
•       Qualify prospects and schedule site assessments or meetings
•       Log all activity and call notes in HubSpot CRM
•       Send occasional follow-up emails using templates we provide
•       Collaborate with our sales team on call lists and outreach strategy

(We’ll train you on our services and industry — no pavement experience needed. What we can’t teach is the ability to connect with people. That part needs to come with you.)

What We’re Looking For
•       A natural conversationalist — warm, personable, and people genuinely enjoy talking to you. This is the most important thing we’re hiring for.
•       Comfortable making outbound calls to people you’ve never spoken to before
•       Reliable, self-motivated, and organized enough to manage your own call schedule
•       Coachable — you’re willing to learn a new industry and take direction well
•       Basic comfort with computers and technology

Nice to have (but not required):
•       Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a customer-facing sales role
•       Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM tool

(If you don’t have these, don’t worry — we’ll train the right person.)

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
•       You show up consistently and hit your weekly call targets
•       You’re having real conversations — not just leaving voicemails
•       You’re logging activity accurately in HubSpot
•       The sales team trusts the appointments and follow-ups you’re generating
•       You’re getting comfortable with our services and how to talk about them

Pay & Schedule
•       Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week during regular business hours
•       Flexible daytime schedule — hybrid or remote options available
•       Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience
•       Performance-based bonus potential as the role develops
•       Full training on our services and sales process provided
